Opening a trade account is simple. Complete our online Quote Request form, or contact our sales team by phone or email. We will send you a trade account application form, and once approved — usually within 24–48 hours — your account will be set up with access to trade pricing, credit terms, and a dedicated account manager.

We do not impose a strict minimum order value, however our trade pricing and free delivery threshold applies to orders over £500. For smaller orders, a delivery charge may apply. Contact us to discuss your requirements — we are flexible for regular customers.

Yes. We offer a free product sample service for qualified trade accounts. You can request samples via our Sample Request page or by contacting your account manager. Samples are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery & Logistics

Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day for next-day delivery to mainland UK. We use reputable parcel and pallet carriers to ensure your order arrives on time. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes — UK mainland delivery is free on all orders over £500 (ex-VAT). Orders under £500 incur a standard delivery charge, which varies by weight and destination. Contact us for a delivery quote on smaller orders.

Returns & Support

We accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be in original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.

If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@clearns.co.uk with photos of the damage and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
