Our Organisation

Deep NS Global Ltd (trading as Clearns), Company Number 16917532, is a wholesale cleaning supplies company registered in England and Wales. We supply professional cleaning products to businesses across the United Kingdom.

Our Commitment

Deep NS Global Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain or business operations.

Supply Chain

We work only with reputable, established manufacturers and distributors. We conduct due diligence on new supplier relationships, including reviewing supplier compliance policies. We are committed to ensuring that our suppliers hold themselves to the same high standards we hold ourselves to.

Policies

We maintain internal policies that reflect our commitment to acting ethically, including an Ethical Trading Policy, a Supplier Code of Conduct, and a Whistleblowing Policy enabling staff to report concerns safely.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns about modern slavery within our operations or supply chain should be reported to the Managing Director at info@clearns.co.uk. Reports can be made in confidence. We will not penalise anyone for raising a concern in good faith.
