Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Clearns
Clearns is a trading name of Deep NS Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16917532. Our registered office is at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE. Contact email: info@clearns.co.uk.
Clearns supplies goods exclusively to registered business customers (B2B). By opening an account with us, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of a business or trade. We reserve the right to refuse trade account applications or cancel accounts that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice until a formal quotation is issued. Once a quotation is accepted in writing, that price is binding for the period stated in the quotation (typically 30 days). We reserve the right to adjust prices for any order if exceptional market conditions arise.
An order placed by the Customer constitutes an offer to purchase. Clearns accepts orders by issuing an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are subject to product availability. Where an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and either offer an equivalent substitute or cancel that line item with full credit or refund.
Payment terms are as agreed on your trade account: typically 30 days from invoice date for credit accounts. Payment is accepted via BACS bank transfer, credit/debit card, or purchase order (for approved accounts). We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
Delivery dates given are estimates only and not guaranteed. Clearns will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from late delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. Title to goods remains with Clearns until full payment is received.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. Returns of correctly-supplied goods are accepted within 7 days, subject to the goods being in their original unopened condition. COSHH-regulated chemical products may not be returned once opened unless defective.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearns' total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the value of the affected order. Clearns shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Clearns reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on clearns.co.uk. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
